    To give AA a website that represents the new visual identity and at the same time conveys the studio’s positioning within the world of Madeiran and national architecture.

    § 1 The concept

    Think

    When developing the concept for the AA website, one of the things we took into account was the fact that this pair of architects still likes to work with physical models. This way of visualising architectural projects gave us the inspiration we needed, and we carried that format into the digital world, from which the main interface emerged. From the minimalism of the form came the format of the website, which, combined with the new visual identity, presents itself in an almost academic tone, where it is the architecture that speaks loudest.
